Finally finished! ​They just did't seem to finish the last little details. But now the house is completely ready and out for rent. Look at the before and after pictures and see for yourselve how nice it looks!

The house is still not completely finished. Although it looks nice and we managed to use the kitchen it is not perfect.. yet!, A lot of small things still needs to be done. But WOW what a transformation!​

Now all the demolition and preperations are done, the fun part starts. From now on the appartment will look better and better every day! It looks so nice and light. Unbeleivable how fast is goes now. 6 men are working on it now to be ready before Christmas. ​

'Primavera' is Spanish for spring and my last name (van Lenthe) means spring in Dutch. A perfect name for a holliday home on an island known for its all year round spring weather!

​After a lot of delay the refurbishment has finally started. Parts of the appartment needs to be reinforced first in order to make it save for todays standards. The appartment is stripped completely exept from the walls and everything will b rebuild from scratch.

In February 2012 we bought this apparment in the charming area 'Los Caideros' with the intension to refurbish and use it as a holliday home. It was old an worned out, but we thought it had a lot of potential. What attracted us most was the fantastic view from both terraces. You can refurbish all you want, but you can't change the view This was going to be a place to RELAX, ENJOY and UNWIND.
In order to make it fit as a holiday home, we needed to redistribute the rooms. Of course with respect for the rules and regulations for building and refurbishing in Los Caideros.
